Rich Vornholt is a partner of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP practicing in the areas of real estate development, finance, and investment law; mortgages and secured transactions; and environmental law. Mr. Vornholt was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 1981. He received a Juris Doctor degree from Duke University in 1981, and a Bachelor of Science degree summa cum laude from Bowling Green State University in 1978. Mr. Vornholt is an inductee of the Order of the Coif. He served as a member of the Editorial Board of the Duke Law Journal.
Mr. Vornholt has contributed to several treatises including the following:

Mr. Vornholt is a member of the Board of Directors of The Cobb Land Trust Inc. He is a member of the Real Property Law and Environmental Law Sections of the State Bar of Georgia. Mr. Vornholt also served on the Legal Opinion Committee of the Real Property Law Section of the State Bar of Georgia.
