Greg Randall is a partner of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP practicing in the areas of real estate development, leasing, finance and investment law; and mortgages and secured transactions.
Mr. Randall was admitted to the State Bar of California bar in 1992, and the State Bar of Georgia in 1999. He received Juris Doctor degree from the University of California at Berkeley in 1992, and a Bachelor of Arts degree with high honors from the University of Nevada at Las Vegas in 1988. Mr. Randall is an inductee of Phi Kappa Phi. He received the Prosser Award in Real Property. Mr. Randall served as Articles Editor and Editor in Chief of the Industrial Relations Law Journal.
Mr. Randall is the co-author of California Subdivision Map Act Practice, 1996 Supplement, California Continuing Education of the Bar. He also served as a continuing education speaker on the California Subdivision Map Act.
