Addison J. Schreck is an associate of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman,LLP practicing in the areas of commercial real estate finance,development, and leasing. She represents developer clients in acquisitions and dispositions of industrial, retail and office properties including negotiating purchase and sale agreements, resolving complex title and survey issues, drafting multifaceted easement agreements, and otherwise working with clients in preparation for closing. She has also represented lenders in connection with acquisition loans, construction loans and refinances.
Ms. Schreck provides broad representation to companies with respect to commercial real estate transactions as well as general business matters. She also advises clients on a range of commercial transactions including acquisitions and changes in ownership structure.
Ms. Schreck earned her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Kentucky, her Bachelor's Degree from the University of Georgia and was admitted to the Georgia bar in 2012.
