Andy Prussack concentrates his practice on the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate projects in multifamily, retail, office and mixed-use sectors, including ground-up development, value-add acquisitions and investment properties.
Mr. Prussack has extensive experience representing developers and equity investors in the structuring, organization, negotiation and termination of real estate partnerships, limited liability companies and other joint ventures as well as in the structuring and negotiation of mortgage and mezzanine debt financing transactions. He regularly handles acquisitions and dispositions of properties and associated due diligence and development issues. He also has represented clients in transactions involving historic rehabilitation tax credits and new markets tax credits.
Mr. Prussack represents business clients from various business sectors in an array of sophisticated business transactions, including business formations, reorganizations and terminations, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and debt and equity financings. In addition, he regularly advises clients on general business, employment, governance, finance and operational matters. Mr. Prussack has substantial expertise representing medical practitioners and physician practices in transactional healthcare matters as well as healthcare related real estate transactions, including the acquisition, development, financing, operation and sale of medical office buildings, ambulatory surgical centers and cancer treatment centers.
