Andrew H. Tyner is an associate of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP practicing in trial and appellate areas. Some of Mr. Tyner’s areas of focus are condemnation, land use, landlord-tenant and general business litigation.
Mr. Tyner was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2021. He received his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Affairs and Political Science from the University of Georgia in 2016.
Throughout his time in law school, Mr. Tyner served on the Editorial Board and as an Articles and Notes Editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law. His Note, The EU Copyright Directive: “Fit for the Digital Age” or Finishing It?, was published in 2019. Also, Mr. Tyner was a member of the Mock Trial Team, competing in the National Trial Competition in 2019 and 2020.
