Blake A. Hamil, is an associate of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP, representing developers and investors in connection with the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate projects in multifamily, retail, office and mixed-use sectors. Mr. Hamil also has experience in representing lenders in the origination of mortgage and mezzanine financing as well as representation of market participants in the real estate capital markets including loan sales and purchases, note-on-note financing, and other syndicated lending transactions.

In addition, Mr. Hamil assists clients with corporate structuring and related business transactions, including the formation of entities, the preparation of corporate documents, the negotiation of joint venture agreements, and the acquisition and sale of businesses.
