Brian Cain represents commercial real estate developers, owners and investors in all aspects of real estate ownership including acquisition, development, financing, construction, leasing (both landlord and tenant representation), land use, management and dispositions of commercial real estate projects in the multifamily, retail, office and mixed-use sectors. Mr. Cain also has substantial expertise in real estate-related work for telecommunications companies throughout the United States, including carriers and tower companies.
