Derek J. Krebs is a partner of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP and serves clients in all areas of commercial real estate transactions and related matters. Derek represents property owners, developers, small and large business owners and property managers in a wide variety of matters including property acquisitions, dispositions, commercial leasing and landlord/tenant disputes. Derek also represents property owners and lenders in the negotiation, settlement and trial of condemnation matters. Derek is a member of the Leadership Cobb Class of 2018, and is active in a number of other organizations including Cobb Young Professionals. When not immersed in the world of commercial real estate, Derek can be found cheering for Atlanta United and the Dawgs.
