Kimberley F. Clark is an attorney with Holt, Ney, Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP specializing in commercial real estate transactions. Ms. Clark received her Bachelor of Arts degree and her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Georgia. She is a member of the Real Property Law Section of the Georgia Bar.

Ms. Clark represents commercial real estate developers in various areas of property ownership including acquisition, development, finance, and disposition.
