During her extensive practice in real estate and title insurance law for over 30 years, Penni D. Keating has been dubbed the “title guru” for our office. She has specialized in underwriting and resolving complex title issues in the acquisition, development, financing and disposition of commercial real estate projects. This includes issues that have arisen due to air rights, estates, alleyways, prescriptive rights and party walls, just to name a few.

Ms. Keating's training in history (B.A., History) and interest in genealogy has aided her in deciphering ownership in complicated estates and finding heirs of long deceased owners. She understands that the history of each property has its own unique story to tell.
