Ryan C. Pulley is a partner of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP representing large and small commercial real estate developers and investors in connection with the ground-up development of real estate projects across various sectors, including, without limitation, build-to-rent, multifamily, industrial, commercial, retail and mixed-use. Mr. Pulley’s real estate representation consists of advising clients with respect to the acquisition, disposition, development, financing, construction and leasing of real estate projects, and assisting clients with due diligence in connection with such projects.
In addition, Mr. Pulley assist clients with legal issues relating to corporate structuring and related business transactions, which includes the formation of entities, the preparation of corporate documents, the negotiation of joint venture agreements and the acquisition and sale of businesses.
