Shelby L. Guzzetta is an associate of Holt Ney Zatcoff & Wasserman, LLP. Ms. Guzzetta brings a business-oriented mindset to her corporate and commercial real estate practice, representing clients in acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, ownership, and management.
She is also experienced with entity formation and dissolution, drafting governance and organizational documents, and advising nonprofit and private organizations in connection with real estate transactions, joint ventures, and charitable initiatives focused on community development, conservation, and historic preservation. Her litigation practice likewise focuses on business and real estate litigation.
Ms. Guzzetta earned her Juris Doctor from Georgia State University (cum laude, 2014) and her B.A. in English Literature and Political Science from DePauw University (cum laude, 2021). Prior to law school, Ms. Guzzetta taught high school English and Writing with Teach for America in Chicago and served as a Fulbright Scholar to Poland. She was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2021.
